Why choose Coffee Cabana?
Rio in the clouds
You could say that Brazilian coffee is like the Brazilian culture: it’s as diverse as the people who live there. Nearly as large as America geographically, Brazil has a large range of farms producing a variety of beans.
What sets Coffee Cabana apart from other companies? It's all in the beans!
Coffee Cabana carefully sources its 100% Arabica beans from the Cerrado region of Brazil.
cafe do cerrado logoCerrado beans are sourced from Minas Gerais in the Southwestern part of the country. The beans are harvested at altitudes above 2,500 feet. Here, the soil is uniform and the winter weather is consistently mild and dry during harvest season allowing the beans to ripen all at once. Due to the nature and sensitivity of coffee beans, they are harvested on top of tarps, never touching the soil once ripened. This process produces a supreme quality drink.
Our beans are 100% Arabica (no blends!) and dried naturally. They have an intense aroma offering hints of nutty caramel, along with sweet notes of chocolate. They also have a mild citric acidity.
